I love when the fair comes to town! Mostly because I love fair food...Fried cheese on a stick, funnel cakes, and strawberry lemonade are my favorites!
Last year Scentsy had its own version of a county fair online! It involved a "bake off" contest where contestants mixed different Scentsy scents to create new fragrances. The blue ribbon winners in each category and honorable mentions were placed in a Scentsy Recipe Book which you can view online here.
You can also go to the Scentsy County Fair website and view all the recipes that have been submitted.
The most popular recipe on the website right now is Snickerdoodle. I love Snickerdoodle cookies and the way they smell when baking. I always buy a tub of Snickerdoodle cookie dough when my son's school is having their yearly fundraiser. However, if you don't feel like baking simply put a cube of cinnamon bear and a cube of sugar cookie in your warmer and voila, you have Snickerdoodle!
Looking for a more manly scent? Try Cowboy! Combine a cube of Echo, a cube of Simply Irresistible, and a cube of Hemingway. For me I only put 1 cube in a warmer (sometimes 2) so I would cut each of these in half. That would be like having 1 and a half cubes which will give you plenty of scent. Plus your bars will last longer.
The Scentsy County Fair website also has a convenient search box where you can type in one of your favorite scents and see what recipes it is used in.
